We receive a payment confirmation from IZettle once a payment has been made - this is stored against the order and contains no personal or identifiable information. The website is protected by an SSL certificate to encrypt data between your browser and the web server.

Website registration, order placement and submission of contact and custom shop forms on this website require certain information to be captured to enable these functions. In addition to the form fields shown, we also collect your IP address, this is required to help protect against fraudulent use of the website. You are also required to read this privacy policy before submitting any form, a required checkbox is provided to signal your acceptance.

Request Custard Create to provide or delete your data?

If you wish to know what information www.custardcreate.co.uk holds about you, you can request the information for viewing or to be deleted. If you have placed an order on the website, information about the order will be retained, your personal information will however be removed from the order. Retention of core order data is required for accounting purposes. If you have an order which is currently being processed, this will delay the deleting of the data as we require your shipping and billing information to fulfill and ship the order.

Custard Create aims to complete any requests for export or deletion of data in a timely manner, please be aware though that we are a small team and we may not be able to process your request instantly.

To request or delete your account data, please email kimmi@custardcreate.co.uk. The email address you enter in the form needs to be the one you used to order from us. We will process the request once received and you will then receive one further email from Custard Create in which you will be asked to confirm the request.
